Refresh the repository landing page with a transparent icon, a searchable headline, a process diagram, and plain-language setup instructions. Keep the existing operational guide available and preserve its security boundaries.
Verified the no-model YAML quickstart, PNG transparency, rendered SVG, README anchors and links, and the complete three-file diff. All four required Linux/macOS CI checks pass on the candidate commit. Runtime code is unchanged.
