Adds the recorded hero demo as the org page's first visual, right after the intro paragraph — one command, no account, force-push blocked by the floor, curl asked, tests allowed + logged, Codex hitting the same floor, and the audit tail as the receipt. The existing real-workspace dashboard shot stays where it is (local proves the runtime, the dashboard proves the cloud).

Embeds https://raw.githubusercontent.com/agentic-control-plane/acp-install/main/demo/acp-local-demo.gif — so this renders only after agentic-control-plane/acp-install#3 lands with the recorded asset. Merge order: plugin#8 → acp-install#2 → record → acp-install#3 → this. Draft until the GIF is live on acp-install main.

The org page had only static screenshots; the first visual is now the
real recorded local-mode demo (install → floor block → ask → allow →
audit tail, Claude Code + Codex under one policy). Embeds the GIF from
acp-install's demo/ via raw URL — renders once acp-install#3 merges
with the recorded asset.

Kept as draft on purpose: this embeds raw.githubusercontent.com/agentic-control-plane/acp-install/main/demo/acp-local-demo.gif, which only resolves once acp-install#3 is merged to main. The GIF is recorded and committed on that PR's branch. Merge #3 first, then mark this ready and merge — the image will render immediately.
