Unified Code explores one deterministic development standard for humans and AI.
Its first milestone is reproducibly verified:
One 158-line JSON seed deterministically generates a 1,811-line persistent application, with zero handwritten application code, zero explicit control-flow nodes in its domain and composition layers, matching Python and C results, and complete L1–L13 verification.
Milestone 2 is open to contributors: build the root-seed fixed-point bootstrap while preserving independent Python and C UEM hosts.
