The repository contains notebooks for performing benchmarking and downstream analyses using SCIGMA. The repository is organized as follows:
- benchmarks: Python and R scripts to run benchmarking methods

- downstream_notebooks: Python notebooks for conducting downstream analyses using SCIGMA
- downstream_scripts: R scripts for key downstream analyses using SCIGMA
- scripts: Python scripts for computing benchmarking metrics, running SCIGMA including sensitivity analyses
