Requirements: Python2 and install SPLAT

1. Put the transmitter lat, lon, antenn-height in the file tx_config.txt
2. Run splat_experiment_runner.py. If needed change the parameters under the title "global_parameters" in that file
3. Finally run experimentSplat.py to generate results.
