I am an IT and cybersecurity student focused on junior IT support, Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory fundamentals, DNS/DHCP, Group Policy basics, documentation, and security-aware troubleshooting.

My strongest background is cybersecurity, especially SOC-style thinking, Windows logs, SIEM alerts, phishing, malware behavior, and incident investigation. Right now, I am using that background to build practical IT Support, Helpdesk, Technical Support, and infrastructure troubleshooting skills.
