Fixes #1762
The Server URL field auto-probes after a 400ms pause, and the only condition on that probe was a non-empty trimmed string — so every pause in typing dialled the partial value ("h", "http://", the "a" in "http://a") and dropped the field into a loading and then an error state. The probe now runs only when the value parses as an http(s) URL whose hostname is a local development host or has a dot with a label on each side. The debounce is unchanged, so a completed URL is still probed without the user having to submit.
Editing the URL also invalidates any probe already in flight, so a superseded reply is discarded instead of reporting on a value that is no longer in the field. The probe atom exposes no abort signal, so the request still finishes; only its answer is ignored.
A new e2e scenario covers the reported behaviour: it fails on the current code with the "Try again" affordance visible for a half-typed URL, and passes with this change while still probing a finished one.
