Org-admin Enterprise Identity Provider section (issuer probe, admin-gated), id_jag grant in the OAuth app form, per-server managed declaration in the MCP edit sheet, managed-connection badge with Remove/Reconnect withheld and revocation pointed at the IdP, and blocked-by-admin rendered from the structured verdict with no interactive fallback offered. Evidence: e2e scenario against the Okta and MCP emulators with screenshots and session video. The member connect click ships separately once the work-identity backend lands.
