Fix README demo on npm

Embed an optimized 18-second GIF preview so npm renders the Executor demo inline, while keeping the full recording as the click target.

Checks:

• bun run format:check
• bun run lint
• bun run typecheck
• TURBO_TEST_CONCURRENCY=1 bun run test

The default parallel test fan-out reproduced the existing localhost:4788 collision in packages/hosts/mcp; that package passed 187/187 alone and the full serial suite passed.
