To ensure our users feel confident about the security of the app, we distribute it through the Microsoft Store. Publishing on this platform only happens after the app passes Microsoft’s security and technical review process, during which each version is checked for malware, suspicious behavior, and file integrity.

The issue you are experiencing is being investigated by our team at the same time. Our findings indicate that this behavior is caused by a false positive from antivirus software. Due to the nature of how the app works—such as creating network tunnels, modifying connection settings, or using certain system DLLs—some antivirus solutions may mistakenly flag it as suspicious, even though the app is completely safe.

There is no malicious code, unauthorized access, or hidden activity in the application, and its behavior fully complies with the standards verified by Microsoft. However, until this false detection is fully resolved by antivirus vendors, we recommend adding the app’s folder to your antivirus whitelist to prevent essential files from being blocked or removed.

Additionally, please make sure that the DXcore.dll file is present in the app’s folder, as antivirus quarantine or deletion of this file may cause the application to malfunction.

We are actively working on this issue and aim to resolve it in future updates so that no manual configuration will be required from users.
