Add Dub Warning beta card

Summary

Adds Dub Warning, a new beta Workshop Computer program card inspired by classic dub siren boxes and sound-system performance gestures.

Dub Warning is a playable siren oscillator feeding a PT2399-style delay. It can be used as a continuous siren, a gated siren fired by pulse input, or a short “Wheel Up” performance gesture from the switch. At higher repeat settings the delay smears into a dubby wash, so the final beta keeps one focused PT2399 build rather than shipping a separate reverb variant.

• Separate hardware test UF2 in test_uf2/

• Structured info.yaml panel/control metadata

Tested Behavior

• Z Up: continuous playable siren
• Z Middle: gated siren fired by Pulse In 1
• Z Down: Wheel Up one-shot gesture
• Pulse In 2: reset pluck, including useful fast/audio-rate trigger textures
• Audio In 2: overrides the Main pitch knob when patched
• PT2399-style delay ranges from subtle repeats to dub wash/self-oscillation territory

Validation

• Firmware builds cleanly in the Workshop Computer container
• info.yaml validates with 0 errors and 0 warnings
• Beta status set to Beta - stable in single-developer testing
