按 Figma 的图标、图片、带操作三类场景对齐 Empty，并参考 TDesign 小程序的内容组合方式收敛 API。移除与内容重复建模的
variant、operationText、onPressed、customOperationWidget，统一由icon、image、description、operation组合。Spec：specs/031-empty-design-alignment
