I also tweaked the testing directory layout. I got the okay on doing this from Dr. Plank and Jackson too (since it involved moving his testing files around) some number of ages ago whenever I was originally trying to put the code here.
Code compiles without errors on my Mac, on ISAAC, and on a Hydra machine.
