Steps to replicate

1. Login as a user at user level
2. Go to domain setup
3. Click Change a Domain Name
4. Enter new value and save

Actual result

Domain is not being changed in SpamExperts, old domain stays

Expected result

Domain being changed to new value

@alexkiro, the add-on never supported domain changes so it does not look like a bug to me. Are you sure this issue should not be classified as a FR?

It feels like it should be part of the plugin naturally but yeah it should be a FR in that case.
