Rename skill to spacecraft-steelbore-standard — v1.49 - #43
Merged
Conversation
…1.49 The skill encoding now carries the document's canonical name. Renames the directory and frontmatter name:, updates the catalogue (README §2, AGENTS.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, REUSE.toml), the CI version-pin exemption in check-skill-refs.py, and cross-references in fifteen sibling skills plus the grok- and android-catalogue READMEs. Old-name bundles are removed and every touched skill's bundles rebuilt in the same commit. Historical changelog entries keep the name current when written. Description unchanged at 988/1000. Standard-side PR: Spacecraft-Software/Standard#28. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Pins construct to 3fd13e3 (post Spacecraft-Software/Construct#43), so the skills-drift check validates the vendored tree against a catalogue that contains spacecraft-steelbore-standard. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

* chore(skills): rename vendored skill to spacecraft-steelbore-standard Steelbore Standard v1.49 (Construct PR #42). Updates the load-bearing sync-skills.nu allow-list, copilot-instructions.md, the vendored bundle directory (refreshed to v1.49 content), and cross-references inside the other vendored skills. flake.lock still pins a pre-rename Construct rev; the next sync-skills run after a flake bump regenerates the vendored tree verbatim.
