PhishGuard AI – Hybrid AI-Powered Phishing Detection System

Built a full-stack cybersecurity application that detects phishing websites using a multi-layer threat analysis approach. The system combines URL lexical analysis, webpage content inspection, RDAP-based domain age verification, and AI-powered cyber reasoning (Llama 3 via Groq) to identify potential threats. It generates a risk score (0–100), threat level classification, domain age insights, detection reasons, and AI-generated security explanations. Features include an interactive dashboard with a real-time risk meter, score breakdown visualization, and scan history tracking. Developed using Node.js, Express.js, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Axios, and Cheerio.
