feat(tee)!: assemble [root_key] instead of [enclave] in the node config POST - #72

…ig POST The enclave repo renamed the operator POST schema's `[enclave]` section to `[root_key]`: post custodian-split, the section's two fields say where a node's root_key comes from — whether its custodian generates it (`genesis_node`) and where its attestation service fetches it otherwise (`peers`). tdx-init validates with deny_unknown_fields, so this CLI and the node image must agree on section names; version skew fails loudly with a 400 in either direction. Doc rows follow the images-side split: the tdx-init outputs table now lists custodian.env (SEISMIC_CUSTODIAN_GENESIS_NODE) for custodian.service and attestation.env (SEISMIC_ROOT_KEY_PEERS) for attestation.service, and names the seismic-attestation-service binary as the reader of network-manifest.json.
