improve geometry (use OpenCASCADE, define all fault regions explicitly, add an interface at 7.5km to better capture the antisymmetry of the rupture front, which might help mitigate some high-frequency oscillations, also seen on other codes)
fix normal
fix OutputMask and add outputinterval
