Summary
Prepare the existing desktop analytics gateway for an owner-approved production activation without enabling ingress or export yet. Configure the non-secret PostHog project ID, require the two production PostHog secrets, expose Cloudflare Worker version metadata in health, and correct the advertised maximum contract revision to revision 3.
Safety
Both desktop production gates remain false. This PR does not apply D1 migrations, deploy the Worker, change secrets, or accept production desktop events.
Validation
Deployment
After merge: apply migrations 0004-0006, deploy this revision with both gates false, configure and qualify deletion credentials, verify health and synthetic delivery, then activate through a separate auditable gate change.
