Summary
Accept the desktop revision-3 allowlisted insight contract, retaining revision-2 compatibility. Add aggregate-only D1 reports and planned PostHog insights for feature visits, repeat days, provider/model usage, readiness and token coverage. Missing counts remain null; reports do not claim total billing or unique people.
Documentation and source-version impact
Updated README and a short Privacy-page description of provider/model categories and reported token counts. Generated contract and corpus come from the coordinated desktop candidate; the measurement definitions live in the coordinated Scient plan PR. Links follow below.
Validation
bun run checkQuality Review
Independent read-only review verified D1 missing-count semantics and caught PostHog numeric-property conversion, now explicit. The gateway remains strict; private labels and unexpected numeric properties are rejected. No production data was queried or changed.
Integration Readiness Review
Draft pending human preview and CI. This gateway must be deployed before the coordinated desktop revision-3 release. Planned insights are definitions, not activated dashboards. Prepared with Codex API tooling and independent read-only review.
Deployment impact
No deploy or gate change performed. Existing ingestion/export defaults remain unchanged. This prepares validation and reports; it does not assert that new events are already arriving.
