…creen Proctoring component groups with their role grants. Profile gets EDIT_PROFILE_FIELDS and CHANGE_OWN_PASSWORD (all roles but Teacher), Monitoring gets QUIT_ALL_CLIENTS and QUIT_CLIENTS (Inst and Exam Admin only), and the unused RUNNING_EXAMS and SCREEN_PROCTORING components are removed.
