Update team member roles in overview document

This pull request updates the team member overview in the team-member-overview.md documentation to reflect recent changes in staff roles. The main updates are to the lists of Developers, Moderators, and Supporters.

Team member role updates:

• Added ProxyFyy to the Developers list and reordered the list accordingly.
• Moved Cookiiieee from Supporters to Moderators and updated the Moderators list.
• Removed Cookiiieee from the Supporters list.
• Updated Supporters list to remove Cookiiieee and reflect current members.
