Investigated the check/test-rest CI failure here (mobile jest suite: Could not locate module react-native/setup-env).

Root cause: this group bump moves @react-native/jest-preset 0.86.2 → 0.87.1, but the pinned jest-expo@~57.0.5 preset (Expo SDK 57) declares a peer dependency on @react-native/jest-preset: ^0.86.3 — it does not support 0.87.x yet. The newer preset's internal file layout no longer matches what jest-expo's setup script expects, so every mobile test suite fails to configure.

This matches apps/mobile/CLAUDE.md's existing guidance: Expo SDK-pinned packages need to be reconciled via npx expo install --check, not bumped ad hoc — a plain Dependabot version-range bump doesn't know about that constraint. Standing down on merging this PR rather than landing a broken mobile test suite.

Recommend excluding @react-native/jest-preset from the dev-minor-and-patch Dependabot group (or pinning/ignoring it in .github/dependabot.yml) until jest-expo ships a version supporting @react-native/jest-preset 0.87.x, similar to the existing react-native-google-mobile-ads pin.
