Looks good. I found no issues with the suggested changes. I also double checked and couldn't find any additional mentions of amilan or the normal/long QoS - so I think everything that needed to be updated has been updated. Woot!

In this PR I modify all of our documentation so that it accounts for the name changes surrounding the
amilanpartition. In particular, I made sure that the following changes occurred across all the docs:amilan-->acpunormal-->cpu-normallong-->cpu-long
