items: refresh translations across 13 game locales (de/en/es/fr/it/ja/ko-KR/pl/pt-BR/ru/tr/zh-CN/zh-TW) for 534 items; preserve AI translations for da/he/hr/no/pt/sr/uk - items: sync rarity from QualityLevel and type from DisplayTags category (~70 corrections including firearm tier propagation) - items: add 13 new items (arpeggio_blueprint, bent_clothes_hanger, blown_fuses, celestes_journal, colorful_shoes, damaged_leaper_pulse_unit, door_blocker_blueprint, food_wrapper, husk_lily, plastic_trash, rattler_blueprint, rubber_bands, shotgun_parts) - images/items_ingame: add 89 missing in-game item icons; fix 2 existing icons to 128x128 - missingitems_ingame.md: clear resolved entries - skillNodes: refresh translations for 44 nodes across 13 game locales
