* [build] - Bump sources to 7.14 in manifest * [build] - Add Clang_ROOT to build_hipamd.sh The llvm -> lib/llvm symlink was removed from the llvm-project build. hipamd needs more help locating the clang executable. * [build] - Remove llvm symlink options in build_project.sh This symlink creation no longer exists in llvm-project to closer align to trunk. * [docs] - Add libnl-3-dev, libnl-genl-3-dev, libmnl-dev dependencies
