Add en-US v0.4.0 (authors: Christopher Smith, Jonathan Angle). Hide the PDF download button until the v0.4.0 PDF exists, and list only the latest version in the version dropdown. Both are commented/filtered with notes on how to restore.
Private batch shuffles, pads, dedupes exits, and sums amounts. Public batch forwards each private batch's exits and nullifiers unchanged; each private batch is its own settlement segment, so a spent nullifier denies only that segment. Per chain/docs/wormhole-zk.md and qp-zk-circuits wormhole/README.md.
