fix(genesis): start staging rehearsal vesting at 2026-09-01 14:00 UTC - #685
Merged
Conversation
The previous 2026-08-22 clock is already fully vested, so a staging-mainnet genesis cut today could not exercise cliff or claim. Keep the 5-minute cliff and 10-day duration; only the wall-clock start moves.

The rehearsal vest clock was 2026-08-22 00:00 UTC (5-minute cliff, 10-day end). That end is already in the past, so a staging-mainnet genesis cut today would ship fully vested rehearsal grants and could not exercise cliff or claim.
This moves only the wall-clock start to 2026-09-01 14:00 UTC. Cliff and duration are unchanged. Merge before the v0.11.0 runtime-upgrade release that produces the srtool wasm for
staging-mainnet.json.
