The README shipped with two content defects on a public surface:

  1. Unresolved authoring markers (<!-- VERIFY VS NORWEGIAN: ... -->) sitting in the H1 and body copy.
  2. The Altinn 2 cutover (2026-06-19) written in the future tense ("shuts down", "before the deadline") — that date has passed.

This PR removes the markers and restates the cutover copy in the past tense, keeping the value proposition: the migration map is still useful (arguably more so) after the cutover for anyone with legacy Altinn 2 integrations. The days_remaining sentence now also mentions deadline_passed, matching the live API response (verified 2026-07-25: {"days_remaining":0,"deadline_passed":true}). Also drops an internal plan reference ("PR-089") that had leaked into public copy.
