Created library based on MotorInterface
changed pwm_test_module to use the extern keyword, no more multiple definition issues 👍
Driving works as implemented using MotorInterface
because PR-Lib/add-pwm-module depends on the Adafruit_PWMServoDriver library, it needs to be included in the .ini file
