tests.yml and build-and-notarize.yml both exposed a job named tests, producing two identical (name, app) check contexts on every PR. The control plane cannot distinguish them, blocking live cutover. Rename the push-gate job to tests-push; the PR tests job keeps the tests name.

Motivation
La chaîne autonome (control plane) identifie les checks CI par (name, app_id).
Deux jobs nommés
tests(tests.yml et build-and-notarize.yml) produisent deuxcontextes identiques sur chaque PR : la chaîne ne peut pas les distinguer et le
passage en live reste bloqué.
Changement
