This pull request sets up the foundational structure for the Messenger project, establishing both the client and server applications, integrating the RSA encryption library as a submodule, and providing initial build and documentation support. The client is built with Qt/QML, and the server is a terminal application. The project is configured for C++20 and uses CMake for building.
