📖 [Docs]: Repair Process-PSModule reference links

Summary

Repairs the published Process-PSModule reference links that became stale after the framework source restructure:

• updates pipeline references to the Test-PSModule action test directories and Publish-Site.yml
• updates framework test source-file references
• replaces the removed DEPENDENCIES.md reference with the current reusable workflows and composite actions

Source context: MSXOrg/docs#145. This intentionally excludes its cross-repository-link checker because that checker requires separate CI/test integration and its root-test layout is incompatible with this repository's Test-Actions discovery.
