feat(ui): unify themes and harden app flows

Summary

• Split and standardize Material, Miuix, and LiquidGlass UI behavior, including dropdowns, title/navigation controls, bottom navigation, and page transitions.
• Restore and harden recharge, empty-classroom, lost-and-found, evaluation, exam, repository, update, and authenticated-session flows.
• Reduce main-thread work and optimize home, schedule, academic, repository-index, and update loading paths.
• Preserve weather models under R8 and isolate background personalization training failures from app stability.
• Fix Rust CI for the library-style SDK submodule, which does not track Cargo.lock; retain Clippy coverage with a narrow exception for the pinned SDK unsupported-look-ahead issue.

Verification

• cargo test --manifest-path sdk/Cargo.toml: 4 passed.
• cargo clippy --manifest-path sdk/Cargo.toml --all-targets -- --allow clippy::invalid_regex: passed with existing warnings.
• Focused Android tests passed for session refresh, exam cache, repository index, APK source switching, R8 weather contracts, and journey failure isolation.
• Debug build passed and was installed/launched on K70E over TCP.
• R8 Review Release was verified as com.ahu.ahutonh with a debug signature; production package was not launched.

Notes

• Replaces closed PR feat(ui): unify themes and harden app flows #12.
• One squashed Conventional Commit based on the latest upstream/master.
• Local _cmb and other uncommitted workspace files are excluded.
