Adds the Focused Conversation (ORID) method spec to the registry.

  • Artifact: single facilitated conversation through the four ORID levels — objective → reflective → interpretive → decisional. Modeled like dynamic-facilitation (a single conversation with internal movements), not a multi-session chain.
  • Provenance / licence: independent OFL rendering from the canonical ICA / Technology of Participation structure (Brian Stanfield, The Art of Focused Conversation, 2000); CC0-1.0. Surfaced via the power-of-facilitation (#FacPower) book MCP but not derived from it — that book is CC BY-NC-ND, which the registry excludes. See SOURCES.md.
  • Reusable building block: small enough to compose as the engine of a "make sense of this" stage. mosaiclab-deliberation already moves ORID-style and could later pull this in by reference.
  • Files: method.md, SOURCES.md, four per-level weval blueprints under evals/ (each tests the core ORID discipline: stay on the level, do not skip ahead). No per-folder LICENSE (CC0 convention).
  • Tooling (local): validate, build-index (index.json + README regenerated, 9 methods), check (in sync), guard (publishable), and test (37/37) all green.
  • Status: draft — wants review by an experienced ToP / ICA practitioner before promotion to tested.

Ref: HAR-1063 (methods as forkable specs).

Single-artifact conversation through the four ORID levels: objective,
reflective, interpretive, decisional. Independent OFL rendering from the
canonical ICA / Technology of Participation structure (Stanfield, 2000),
CC0-1.0, with per-level weval blueprints. index.json + README regenerated;
validate / check / guard / test all green.

A reusable building block, composable as the engine of a "make sense of this"
stage (mosaiclab-deliberation already moves ORID-style). Surfaced via the
power-of-facilitation (#FacPower) book MCP; not derived from it
(that book is CC BY-NC-ND). Ref: HAR-1063.
