The browse page is a client-rendered Next.js app with no server-side
story data, but the same-origin /api/stories route it calls is open and
returns the entire catalog (a small site) in one page - popular, latest,
and search filter that single fetch locally instead of relying on
unconfirmed server-side query params. Genre filtering does the same
against each story's own genre list.

openquill.net's robots.txt disallows ClaudeBot specifically (plus a
general AI-crawler opt-out); built per explicit instruction to proceed
anyway.
toSManga() only split description HTML on <p> tags, falling back to
a flat text() dump that loses all paragraph structure when a
description uses <br> instead. Reuse the shared formattedText()
helper (handles both) instead of hand-rolling it.

Tags were dropped entirely; now combined with genres in the genre field.
Description now surfaces rating (+ vote count), views, follows, and readers
ahead of the blurb. Field names for rating/follower/reader counts are a
best-effort guess mirrored from the rendered story page since the API
returns 403 outside a browser session; they default harmlessly if wrong.
