This repository contains all data preprocessing/analysis scripts I used in this work, as well as the source files for the dissertation.
I wrote the dissertation using Fedora's LaTeX TeXLive distribution (texlive-scheme-full, version 12:svn54074-2.fc44) in vscode using LaTeX Workshop extension.
For integration with Zotero, I used Better BibTeX for Zotero plugin (version 9.0.26). Every time I added a paper to my Zotero collection, it would export an updated list to bibliography.bib.
thesis.tex loads all the packages, defines the style and imports the chapter contents from chapters/*.tex. The dissertation is then compiled to thesis.pdf.
I used Inkscape (version 1.4.4) to compile the figures exported from Jupyter notebooks. I exported the figures in svg format, compiled them in Inkscape and exported to pdf which is then included in the dissertation. The figures' source files and the exported pdfs for the three projects are under ./images/figures.
