this bot will gather all the open issues and their description and send them on discord by mentioning the users the issues will be gathered from:
- Kanban issue tracker
- github
- gitlab
- discord the bot will be able to mention the user and notify regarding the tasks in private (dm) or in a specific channel, bot will have some pineed messages with open issues that will be updated acording to the state. etc etc
