What changed
Why
This makes the hackathon demo reproducible from tracked source files without committing generated binary media or leaving the working tree dirty after a rebuild.
Impact
Developers and judges can inspect the exact narration/caption sources and rebuild the demo locally. Runtime MemoryGuard behavior and deployed infrastructure are unchanged.
