  • estafette — Mechanically assess whether a proof of concept is transferable, and report it. EUPL-1.2.
  • wordsworth — Sovereign pipeline turning government documents into a searchable, privacy-safe corpus (EUPL-1.2). PoC under construction.

Most projects are spec-first (OpenSpec) and licensed EUPL-1.2.
