…ypes, remove Mod ctor in favor of parameterless ctor. Some misc cleanup.
JetBrains.Annotations.Sources package ensures that no new dll dependency is created
- Adds `ThreadLocalData` and `Types` classes - Removes suffixes _1, _2, etc from overloaded method names Add MioBinds.xml for some generated xmldocs
- Improve VTable type definitions - Implement virtual/abstract functions - Some name fixing
- Add GetPtr to InlineArrays of ptrs that were cast to ulong - Remove global functions from files *.inst.cpp (cuts binds dll size in half) - Improve generated documentation everywhere
