This submission implements cmdclip as a unified, cross-platform clipboard manager built with Flutter. It supports Windows, Linux, and Android from a single codebase. It provides responsive layouts, dark/light theme switching, persistent local JSON storage, local LAN Sync (HTTP + UDP auto-discovery), secure Secret Mode (clears clipboard after user-configurable timeout), Command Templates (interactively resolves placeholders), Regex Search, and JSON/CSV import/export. 14 unit and widget tests cover the entire codebase.
