closes #149
Summary of Changes
Added a new /settings page for managing profile, notification preferences, wallet information, theme settings, and security controls.
Built the page with a modular, responsive layout using existing UI primitives and wallet/theme integrations.
Added a Settings entry to the dashboard sidebar for navigation.
Reason for the Changes
Issue #149 requires a centralized settings experience so users can manage account-related preferences and security from one place.
The page improves usability by keeping related controls organized, accessible, and responsive across screen sizes.
