I'm a Data Scientist with a diverse background in entertainment and healthcare looking to use data to uncover the stories that help your organization move forward efficiently and confidently. My obsession with data began with making complex spreadsheets for video games I played, such as Eve Online, Hypixel Skyblock, and the Fallout series, then implementing those spreadsheeting skills in my job. As a medical receptionist, I developed a spreadsheet that tracked pickup dates, payments, and doses for patients. Since then, I've leveled up to more efficient, automated processes with Python, statistical analysis, and machine learning.

My primary passions as a Data Analyst are efficient coding, data cleaning, and data visualization. I love being able to create something both beautiful and informational, and go above and beyond project requirements to create code that executes cleanly and is able to be modified and reapplied to other data sets. An elegant solution and well-designed graph are how I currently express my artistic drive. Previously, I've had experience in a huge variety of mediums, including theater, short films, and music, though I found myself frustrated with the subjective nature of the work. Finding the art in Data Science allows me to bridge the gap between my opposing desires for objective work and creative thinking.
