The autogenerated python client has simple requirements (listed in the README) and it is better for a user to install the most recently published versions of these packages to get security updates, instead of tjhe version frozen when we last updated the lexmachina python client package. If the user is interested in running the tests, the optional dependencies are listed in
pyproject.toml.
