Summary

• initialize the Project Standards Catalog 5 control plane at release 5.11.0
• adopt exact markdown-frontmatter@1.6 for the existing docs/research/**/*.md corpus
• install the managed validation workflow and authoring skill, synchronize repository documentation, and remove the obsolete workspace file
• refresh the verified bpg/proxmox provider reference to 0.111.1

Rationale

The repository already documented a frontmatter-governed research corpus but had no active Project Standards authority. This adoption preserves that narrow scope and deliberately leaves Python Tooling, Markdown Tooling, ADR, Project Specification, CLI Documentation, and Agent Handoff disabled where repository intent did not support enabling them.
