Adds a protected DEFERRABLE INITIALLY DEFERRED context invariant. An entered root reconciliation generation must have an exact completed context, immutable outcome, journal match, and advanced operation before commit. No TypeScript or semantic trigger changes. Validation: git diff --check and static contract coverage.
