QUICK START GUIDE

1. AMENDING YOUR DETAILS:

   • Open 'index.html' in your preferred text editor (Notepad, Notepad++, VS Code, etc.).
   • Line 6: Amend the <title> tag with your name or professional title.
   • Line 14: Change 'JB' to your own initials.
   • Lines 15-18: Replace the Name, Subheading, and Profile summary with your own details.
   • Lines 23-34: Update the button links with your own web addresses (LinkedIn, CV, booking forms, etc.).
   • Lines 40-50: Update the Project Cards to showcase your recent work, case studies, or portfolio pieces.
   • Line 56: Amend the copyright year and your name in the footer.

2. CUSTOMISING COLOUR SCHEMES:

   • Open 'style.css'.
   • Right at the top under ':root', you can amend the variables to change the colour scheme: --bg-color: Main page background --card-bg: Card container background --accent-color: Button highlights and accent features --text-primary: Main heading text colour

3. HOSTING FOR FREE VIA GITHUB PAGES:

   • Create a free account at https://github.com
   • Set up a new public repository (e.g. 'yourusername.github.io' or any preferred project name).
   • Upload 'index.html' and 'style.css'.
   • Go to Settings -> Pages -> Set Branch to 'main' -> Click Save.
   • Your website will be live and accessible within a couple of minutes.
