Restores the previously removed irCatalog (“Catalog”) deployment documentation so users have step-by-step guidance for provisioning the database and deploying the Catalog Service on Azure.
Changes:
- Adds
doc/ircatalog.mdwith Azure SQL Database provisioning instructions. - Adds Catalog Service App Service deployment steps (zip deploy, license upload via FTP, appsettings connection string).
