Introduce Record to store full boundary objects alongside the Incident status line. Update Projection to track Records, enabling access to the complete lifecycle of an incident.
Add an `--render` flag to the `calipers incidents` command to output a comprehensive, human-readable audit record for a specific incident fingerprint. This implementation introduces an `incident.Render` helper that structures the audit trail into six logical sections, providing operators with full visibility into the detection, evidence, proposals, governance, execution, and outcome details without aggregate rates or unnecessary metadata.
Propagate the fired SLO identity from the initial detection through to the final execution order. This allows convergence watchers to prioritize the fired SLO over authored severity queries, ensuring post-action validation aligns with the specific breach that triggered the reasoning. Remove scorecard percentage rates to focus on absolute incident counts.
